Flora
Master - Sheripiari – Guardian of Asháninka Medicine
Sheripiari and medicine woman of the Asháninka nation. Guardian of ancestral wisdom passed down by her grandparents, dedicated to healing with master plants and traditional songs. She is recognized for her work in spiritual harmonization, especially in the healing of the feminine lineage. A respected leader in her community and guide at the School of Native Grandmothers of Peru.
Estefanía
Master - Sheripiari - Specialist in Amazonian Purification Rituals
Medicine woman and Sheripiari of the Asháninka nation with more than 40 years of experience in traditional Amazonian medicine. Specialist in purification rituals and the ancestral Asháninka steam bath (vaporeo). She has accompanied many people in processes of physical, energetic, and spiritual healing. She transmits the knowledge received from her elders with deep vocation. Guide at the School of Native Grandmothers of Peru.
Betzabé
Master - Medicine Woman – Facilitator of Amazonian Wisdom
Asháninka medicine woman, educator, and intercultural translator between Asháninka and Ashéninka communities. Disciple of Maestra Estefanía Arocama in ancestral medicine. She specializes in therapeutic massages with natural jungle oils and offers power animal readings as spiritual guidance. She collaborates in transmitting traditional Amazonian knowledge.
Edson
Master - Sheripiari - Traditional Wise Man
A sheripiari (traditional wise man) of the Asháninka people. He is one of the administrators and guides of our healing center, as well as a leader and intercultural teacher in his community. He has dedicated his life to preserving, strengthening, and sharing his culture, passing on his knowledge with deep commitment to every visitor.
Roger (Piedra Azul)
Filmmaker and Chakaruna
Founder of the Ayahuasca Perú Org Healing Center and co-founder of the School of Indigenous Grandmothers of Peru. For more than 20 years, he has lived and learned alongside Indigenous communities in Peru and across Latin America. At our healing center, his work focuses on harmoniously integrating the various therapies we offer, building bridges between ancestral knowledge and contemporary approaches.
Weininger
Administrator and Guide
A resident of the local community of Isla del Amor. A healer and visual artist, he has extensive knowledge of the region’s flora and fauna. He is part of the team as an administrator and guide of our healing center, contributing a sensitive perspective that brings together art, territory, and ancestral medicine.
Juanita
Cook and Healer
Juanita is the head cook at our center and specializes in preparing meals for traditional dietas and ancestral medicine retreats. As the partner of our center's administrator, she brings a nurturing feminine presence to the community. Through her warmth, hospitality, and spirit of service, she helps every guest feel at home. She prepares each meal with care, using fresh regional ingredients and recipes inspired by local culinary traditions.
Yana
Guardian of the Healing Spaces
Yana is responsible for the care, cleaning, and energetic preparation of our cabins and the maloca, ensuring that every space welcomes visitors in an atmosphere of peace and well-being. The daughter of Juanita and Weininger, Yana grew up in the Amazonian community of Isla del Amor. As part of her work, she performs traditional cleansing rituals using aromatic plants and palo santo, following purification and harmonization practices passed down through her community.

Maintenance Manager
He is responsible for the maintenance and painting of our Healing Center. His dedication and warm spirit help ensure that every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive, making each space a place prepared for rest, reflection, and a deep connection with the Amazon.
Joao
Guardian of the Animals and Plants
Born and raised in the Amazonian community of Isla del Amor, he is the youngest son of Juanita and Weininger, from whom he inherited a deep respect for nature and the traditions of his community. He accompanies visitors in discovering the extraordinary natural richness of the Amazon, sharing the knowledge of the island's wildlife and plant life that he has acquired since childhood.
